The electric furnace SNVS-14.20/12-I3V is designed for heat treatment of parts made of carbon, stainless, and high-strength steels (such as VT-1-0, OT-4, VT6S, VT-23, etc.) and magnetic materials in medium vacuum to obtain a bright surface of the part, as well as for quenching during cooling in vacuum.

The furnace can be used with maximum charge dimensions: diameter — 1400 mm, height — 2000 mm for annealing of particularly precise axisymmetric parts (cones, cylinders, double-curvature shells).

The furnace is controlled by an industrial controller with installed software.

Technological parameters of the product and control elements are displayed as a graphical mnemonic diagram on a monitor. With touch control. Setting of time-temperature parameters, ability to save programs, ability to save graphs by date, viewing and downloading archives to an external USB drive are provided.

The technical process is carried out according to a program entered into the control panel or PC of the vacuum electric furnace, with the ability to adjust temperature and holding time values.

The electric furnace provides operation in automatic and manual modes.

The power supply system for high-voltage control circuits is designed with galvanic isolation. Low-voltage power supply circuits for equipment are powered by an uninterruptible power supply, ensuring the ability to correctly shut down the installation in case of power loss.
