The electric furnace is designed for various thermal processes such as annealing, degassing, sintering, and other processes in a vacuum at temperatures up to 1600 °C and low gas emissions, where there is no interaction between the residual gas environment and the materials of heaters, screen insulation, and other structural elements.
The furnace may also operate in a high-purity neutral gas environment at an overpressure not exceeding 0.2 kg/cm², with the working temperature determined based on the physical parameters of the gas. The power control unit houses the furnace control elements. The engineering development by our specialists has enabled full automation of the operation, thereby minimizing errors related to the human factor. The automation logic of the vacuum furnace (VF) is provided by a programmable logic controller SPK207 with installed software (SW). The software development environment is CoDeSys V3.5 SP1 Patch 2.
Vacuum drying ovens of the SNVS series are manufactured in accordance with TU 3442.002.92992216-2014 for general industrial thermal equipment. Registration number of the declaration of conformity: TS No. RU D-RU.AU04.V.10224. Date of registration of the declaration of conformity: 04.03.2015.
The electric furnace is designed for inert gas admission at an overpressure not exceeding 0.2 kg/cm². The working temperature of the furnace under these conditions is determined based on the physical parameters of the gas. The water consumption for cooling corresponds to a temperature difference of 20 °C between the inlet and outlet of the cooling circuits.

Remote Control
The furnace features remote control capability via an Ethernet network through a WEB interface. The panel connects to the network via a standard RJ 45 connector on the rear panel of the controller. Furnace control is performed from a browser window. For correct operation of the remote control system, a Java virtual machine must be installed on the computer. The control elements displayed on the browser screen in remote control mode fully replicate the control elements on the controller screen. Control is carried out by clicking on the elements of the mnemonic diagram. When connected to a remote computer, both control schemes operate in parallel.
