The furnace is also equipped with an emergency interlock system that prevents abnormal situations and ensures process safety. The materials used for manufacturing the working chamber, cooling jacket, vacuum and gas lines provide high strength and durability of the furnace.

The power control cabinet and lifting mechanism are arranged as separate units within a common housing. The cooling system is a closed-loop water system with a water-to-water heat exchanger. The internal circuit is cooled with distilled water. The circuit is closed-loop. The heat exchanger design is dismountable, simplifying maintenance and repair.
