The chamber volume of the SNVS-65/3,5-RT-N drying oven is 65 liters, allowing placement of samples of corresponding volume. This model differs from others by having a round chamber, which is convenient for maintenance and cleaning.

The oven is compact, with overall dimensions of 670x870x840 mm, making it easy to fit into any production facility or laboratory.

Recommended Modes

For vacuum drying of various materials, the following temperatures and pressures are recommended:

• Heat-sensitive materials* (polymers, biologically active substances): 30-50°C, pressure 0.1-0.5 mmHg. Such conditions preserve material properties.
• Pharmaceutical preparations containing essential oils: no higher than 40-50°C, pressure 0.1-0.3 mmHg. This prevents decomposition and composition changes.
• Metals: depends on the drying purpose and metal type.
• Products containing oils or solvents: 30-60°C, pressure 0.5-30 mmHg. This mode ensures moisture evaporation with minimal product degradation.
• Food products (coffee, tea, vegetables, fruits): 35-50°C, pressure 5-20 mmHg. This preserves natural taste, color, and aroma.
• Wood: 60-90°C, pressure 50-800 mmHg. This combination of temperature and pressure allows achieving the desired wood moisture content (6-15%).

The optimal drying mode for each material is individual and depends on its properties and the final parameters to be achieved.

*For delicate drying of materials, it is recommended to use models with heated shelves. Such models provide the most precise temperature control at the material locations.

Other Models

SNVS-65/3,5-RT-N is a basic model with manual vacuum control and a useful volume of 65 liters.

SNVS-90/3,5-RT-N (or SNVS-4.3.4.3.4.9/3,5) is a model with similar characteristics but a larger chamber volume. The chamber is cubic in shape.
