Furnaces for heating in a protective atmosphere SNO(Z)-40/11 are designed for heating various materials in an inert gas and oxidizing environment at temperatures up to 1100°C.
The furnaces have one zone for maintaining and regulating temperature.
The heating time to the nominal operating temperature is from 2 hours. Vacuum is created using a forevacuum pump. The residual pressure in the furnace reaches no worse than 10 mmHg. The protective atmosphere used in the furnaces is inert gas.
SNO(Z)-40/11 furnaces are equipped with program control, which is provided by an industrial controller and a control module - a programmable logic controller.
SNO(Z)-40/11 furnaces can be used for various technological processes requiring heating in an inert gas environment up to 1100°C. Some of them are listed below:
The universal design of SNO(Z)-40/11 furnaces also allows their use for heat treatment in an oxidizing environment.
