The product is a rectangular housing made of thin-sheet steel, containing a heating chamber.
The working chamber and trolley are made of stainless steel and have a socket for inserting a control thermocouple.
The furnace has a front door with a window consisting of two heat-resistant glass panes separated by an air layer. The window provides a view of the entire interior space of the furnace. The dimensions of the front door window are 215± x 320±15.
Forced air circulation along the side walls and ceiling of the furnace is provided by a drum-type fan with an outer diameter of (135±5) mm and a height of (75±5) mm, rotating at a speed of (1725±100) rpm, driven by an external motor. The fan is located on the furnace ceiling at a distance of (150±5) mm from the front edge of the ceiling and at an equal distance from the side walls of the furnace interior.
The furnace is equipped with a rotating drum, diameter (300±10) mm, consisting of three aluminum discs mounted on a single shaft and connected to each other using bolts and spacer bushings (front and rear). The discs, separated by front bushings, each have eight holes for glass containers.
The drum is equipped with eight spring clamps for securing glass containers. The drum rotation speed must correspond to (15.0±0.2) rpm. The front side of the drum is located at a distance of (110±5) mm from the rear inner wall of the furnace.
The drum can be quickly disassembled and replaced with a drum featuring holders for glass containers or a drum with a holder for securing other samples. The size and shape of the holders are specified during design.
The size of the replaceable drum for securing other samples must not exceed 300 mm.
The furnace is equipped with a nozzle, with an outlet opening of (1.0±0.1) mm, supplying hot air at a rate of (4.0±0.2) l/min into the container located at the lowest point of rotation. Maintaining and controlling the air flow rate through the nozzle is carried out using an electronic flow meter.
The nozzle is located at a distance of (7.5±2.5) mm from the neck of the glass container.
Air is supplied to the center of the neck, along the axis of the container.
The air supplied to the nozzle is clean and dry, having passed through a built-in dryer and vortex filter.
A copper tube is laid on the bottom of the furnace interior in a single-layer spiral.
The furnace can optionally be equipped with a removable humidity sensor, installed in the location of the control thermometer.
Humidity: 0...100% RH. Sensor operating temperature up to 200°C.
Control is performed via a panel controller.
