Quartz sand

Fine-grained natural quartz sand is used as a heat transfer medium for "PB" sand baths.

It is recommended to use sand with a fraction of 0.16-0.63.

The sand is poured into the sand bath tray. The sand level must completely cover the heating element by at least 15 mm. The volume of sand required for sand baths is selected based on the volume of the receiving tray.

• For "PB MINI" sand baths, the recommended sand load weight is 5 kg.
• For "PB" sand baths, the recommended sand load weight is 8 kg.

Packaging — 1 or 2 kg each.
