Vacuum furnace with horizontal loading SNVS-145/3.5-P-S with a chamber volume of 145 liters is designed for performing various technological operations in the temperature range from 40 to 350 °C. The furnace operates under medium vacuum conditions (up to 1×10⁻³ mm Hg) or in a high-purity inert gas environment. A compact diffusion pump with air cooling is used to create and maintain the vacuum.
