Shaft furnace SShO-10.5.22/10 with cooling pit is designed for bright annealing in a protective atmosphere. The delivery set includes the shaft furnace SShO-10.5.22/10, cooling pit, control cabinet ShU-160-2, inter-operation lid, and working documentation.

Optionally, gas-tight muffle furnaces and gas supply and mixing systems SPSG-3600-2-I-4-V are supplied.

The furnace bottom is made of ShL-0.4 and ShL-1.0 bricks and reinforced with ShA bricks.

The lining of the furnace walls and lid is multi-layered. The inner part of the lining is made of pressed kaolin wool blocks MKRR-130 GOST 23619-79, and the outer part, like the bottom, is laid with ShL-1.0 bricks.

For ease of transportation and installation, the furnace is assembled from two sections.
