Chamber electric furnaces with a roll-out hearth SNOT 6.15.6/12,5 are designed for thermal treatment of various products in industry.

The main advantages of these furnaces:

  • High heating chamber power of 60 kW allows for rapid heating of large batches of products to an operating temperature of 1250°C.
  • A wide temperature control range from 40 to 1250°C enables various types of heat treatment.
  • High temperature stability of ±5°C ensures high-quality and reproducible heating.
  • Programmable control allows for recording and reproducing complex temperature profiles.
  • The hearth can be extended by 4.5 m for convenient loading and unloading of large product batches.
  • Fast heating at a rate of up to 8°C per minute.
  • Capability for continuous operation.
  • Domestic production.

These furnaces are widely used in mechanical engineering, aircraft manufacturing, instrument making, and other industries for hardening, annealing, and thermal stabilization of parts and assemblies of various configurations and from different materials: steels, cast irons, non-ferrous metals and alloys.

Chamber electric furnaces with a roll-out hearth SNOT 6.15.6/12,5 have found wide application in the following industries:

  1. Metallurgy and metalworking. Used for thermal treatment of metals and alloys: hardening, annealing, aging, tempering, etc.
  2. Production of abrasive materials. Used for firing abrasive blanks, e.g., corundum.
  3. Glass and ceramic industry. Used for firing and sintering various materials.
  4. Chemical industry. Used for calcining chemical reagents, dehydrating substances, and other operations.
  5. Electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. Used for additional annealing and aging of components.
  6. Agricultural machinery manufacturing. Used for hardening parts of agricultural machinery - knives, teeth, etc.
  7. Weapons and ammunition production. Used for heat treatment of weapon elements - barrels, guns, shells.
  8. Food industry. Used for drying and roasting raw materials, preserving products, etc.

Chamber electric furnaces have a number of advantages over other types of furnaces:

  • High energy efficiency. Most of the generated heat goes to heating the loaded products, with minimal loss to the environment.
  • High productivity. Powerful chamber furnaces can quickly heat large volumes and masses of materials.
  • Uniform heating. Effective circulation of hot gases and the use of multiple heating zones ensure even heating of products.
  • Wide range of operating temperatures. Various types of heat treatment are possible - from hardening to sintering of materials.
  • Simplicity and reliability of design. Minimum moving parts, simple control scheme.
  • Capability for continuous operation. Long service life of heaters allows furnaces to operate around the clock.
  • High stability of temperature regimes. Precise regulation and maintenance of temperature ensures process repeatability.
  • Programmable control capability. Allows recording and reproducing complex speed and temperature profiles.
  • No contamination of materials by fuel combustion products. Chamber electric furnaces use electricity.
  • Compactness. They occupy little production space compared to fuel-fired furnaces of similar power.
