Polymerization Furnace SNOL 11.47.4/2.5 P I2 is designed for polymerization of compounds in an oxidizing environment, at temperatures up to 250 degrees Celsius on a horizontally rotating mandrel with a length from 1200 to 4600 millimeters. The rotation of the mandrel and cooling are controlled in a specified mode.

The furnace chamber doors open using an electric drive. This ensures comfortable and safe operation for the operator.

The furnace can operate as part of a single technological complex controlled from a control panel. This allows automating the polymerization process and optimizing it according to specified parameters.

Various thermosetting plastics and composite materials based on them, requiring elevated and precise temperatures for polymerization, can be polymerized in the furnace.

In particular, these may include:

  • Epoxy compounds - various epoxy resins and compositions based on them, used for manufacturing composites. Temperatures of 180-250°C are required for complete curing.
  • Polyimide compounds - polymers based on polyimides, used for composites. Temperatures up to 300°C are required.
  • Polyamide compounds - various polyamide resins and compounds. Curing occurs at 200-250°C.
  • Thermosetting silicone compounds - cured at temperatures up to 250°C.

The furnace is suitable for polymerization of a wide range of thermosetting compounds based on epoxy, polyimide, polyamide, and silicone resins, requiring elevated and stable temperatures for complete curing.
