The SNO–5.5.6/5-V furnace with forced convection (equipped with a fan) is designed for:
thermal aging;
relieving internal stresses in aluminum alloy products at a maximum operating temperature of 500 °C.
To relieve internal stresses in aluminum alloys, annealing is performed at a temperature of 300–400 °C with a holding time from 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on:
the alloy grade;
the geometry of the product;
the required degree of stress relief.
The furnace is designed for batch processing of small parts placed on multi-tier racks, ensuring:
uniform heating of the load;
efficient air circulation due to forced ventilation;
reproducibility of heat treatment.
