Hardening products in gas and oil is a rapid cooling process that changes their properties. The model allows hardening products in gas and oil at a nominal temperature of 1150°C.

Annealing is a process of heating to a specific temperature followed by slow cooling, which helps change the material structure and improve its properties. The equipment allows annealing of electrical steels and permalloy.

Removing oil film in high vacuum is the process of removing oil film from the workpiece surface under high vacuum conditions. The SEV-3.3/11,5 - I3 furnaces are equipped with a pumping system that creates a vacuum of up to 1 x 10-3 mm Hg, allowing removal of the oil film and achieving high surface quality of products.

The installed power of SEV-3.3/11,5 - I3 is 15 kW, and the supply voltage is 380 V. The charge weight can reach up to 50 kg. The heater is made of nichrome, ensuring high reliability and durability of the equipment.
