SAT-0.5/7.5 is an industrial electric crucible furnace for melting and holding liquid aluminum.

Purpose

The equipment accepts solid aluminum (charge), melts it, and maintains the melt in a liquid state at a specified temperature. It is used in foundries and production facilities where aluminum parts are cast. The model is designed for medium and large enterprises and allows the installation of standard crucibles with a capacity of up to 320 kg (for aluminum).

Working with Crucibles

The furnace operates with standard BUX-type crucibles. This facilitates their quick replacement and allows switching between different materials without changing the furnace design. Adaptation to any other type of crucible is possible.

Safety

Safety is ensured by an emergency melt drain system. This is a mandatory requirement for industrial aluminum melting furnaces, especially when working with large volumes of metal.
