Purpose of the SNOT-6.10.3,5/5-0,4–V Furnace
The chamber low-temperature electric furnace model SNOT-6.10.3,5/5-0,4–V is designed for heating workpieces before forging, for heating magnesium alloy workpieces for deformation and subsequent heat treatment, as well as for performing other production operations that match the technical specifications of the product.
Main production purposes:
- Heating of workpieces: The furnace provides uniform and controlled heating of metal workpieces, improving their ductility and reducing the risk of damage during subsequent operations such as forging or forming.
- Pre-treatment: For preliminary heat treatment of materials, which helps improve their mechanical properties and enhance the quality of the final product.
- Heat treatment of magnesium alloys: The furnace is suitable for heating magnesium alloy workpieces, enabling their deformation and subsequent heat treatment with a high level of temperature control.

Note:
For magnesium alloys, temperature field uniformity is critical. Thanks to forced convection and independent bottom heating, this furnace provides a temperature difference of no worse than ±5 °C — this is confirmed by the design.
